Have you ever tried nice cream? It is basically ice cream made with frozen bananas and its great! You only need a couple ingredients and its really simple. So have your nice cream and eat it too because its good for you!
Just like any ice cream, customize it anyway you want. Adding peanut butter, coconut, nuts, or fruit but I love chocolate.

Chocolate Nice Cream
Ice Cream but made out of bananas and a little milk. This one also has cacao powder to make it a nice chocolate dessert.
Equipment
- Food Processor
Ingredients
- 3 Frozen Bananas
- 1/2 Cup Milk of choice I used almond in this.
- 3 TBSP Cacao or cocoa powder
- optional toppings cherry, fruit, nuts, coconut, whip cream, granola, chocolate chips, cookies
Instructions
- Add frozen peeled banana's, milk and cacao powder into your processor.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and Enjoy!
Notes
If you want firmer nice cream use less milk or add a little more to make a milkshake.
Mint Chocolate Chip Nice Cream
Nice cream is an ice cream but made out of banana's. Naturally sweetened and made with natural whole ingredients. (maybe not the chocolate chips) FAST EASY and a TREAT!

Ingredients
- 3 Frozen Bananas
- 1/3-1/2 Cup Milk of Choice depends on the consistency you want
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint Extract
- 1.5 oz `Chocolate Chips or Chocolate Bar about 1/4 Cup
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend frozen bananas, milk, and peppermint extract until smooth.
- Add chocolate and blend until it is mixed in.
- Serve and enjoy!
