Healthy HOMEMADE Jello

We made this simple recipe with juice, maple syrup, and grass fed gelatin (which has so many health benefits) and topped it off with berries! Refined Sugar free and naturally sweetened with the fruit and a tad of maple syrup but use any sweetener of your choice.

Healthy Homemade Jello

This is an easy recipe made with natural ingredients!

Equipment

  • mold
  • pan

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Cups Juice Any flavor or mix
  • 2 TBS Maple Syrup
  • 2 TBS Gelatin

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Heat your juice on medium heat until it is hot.
  • Step 2: Add maple syrup, sweetener of choice, or omit and skip to the next step.
  • Step 3: Add the gelatin gradually and stir continuously until it is dissolved.
  • Step 4: Pour into a mold or dish and add fruit or berries (if desired).
  • Step 5: Refrigerate for about 2 hours or until firm.
  • Step 6: Remove from mold and enjoy!

Notes

You can use a 8″ mold, cups, ice cube tray, or a set of little molds.
