Apple Lactation Pancakes Recipe
This is a perfect wholesome recipe for fall! These are healthy, no sugar added, pancakes that are great for boosting milk supply. I wanted to make some yummy pancakes that would help increase my milk production but not my waistline. More importantly, I have children that expect something great for breakfast. This recipe does the trick, its loaded with galactagogue (increases milk production) ingredients and my kids love it!

Ingredients
- 1 cup Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup Milled Flaxseed
- 2 tsp Brewers Yeast
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Apple Sauce
- 1/4 cup Milk or milk alternative
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil for the frying pan
Instructions
- In your mixing bowl combine and mix all ingredients together (other than the coconut oil)
- Heat the coconut oil in your frying pan on medium high heat.
- When melted, add your batter about 1/4 cup at a time. The smaller they are the easier they are to flip.
- Cook approximately 2 min on each side. when they firm up and look golden brown.
- Serve and top with your favorite toppings.
Notes
These are not sweet pancakes. If you like a little sweeter pancakes add a little maple syrup, honey, or use sweetened apple sauce in place of no sugar added sauce.
I used goats milk in these ones, but use the whatever type of milk you prefer!
