My kids love gummies and I so enjoy making them!
These are very simple to make and with only a few healthy ingredients.
First of all, this is only sweetened with honey and fruit juice so it is refined sugar free!

Honey Sweetened Gummies
Healthy, Fun, and Festive!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Juice any flavor or mix of flavors.
- 1/3 Cup Gelatin
- 1/4 Cup Honey
Instructions
- Bring your juice to a simmer.
- Slowly add the gelatin in your juice while whisking. This will help prevent clumps.
- Turn off the heat and add your honey.
- Mix until well incorporated. As it cools it will start to harden so you will want to be quick.
- Poor your mixture into molds.
- Carefully place your molds in the refrigerator and cool for at least 2 hours.
- Remove from molds and enjoy!
