Healthy Habit Trackers

Disclosure: I received this complimentary product from the Homeschool Review Crew.

We’ve been using Health Habit Trackers from American Coaching Academy as part of our physical education in our homeschool.

We received 12 different monthly challenges to choose from that help encourage a healthy lifestyle. Each tracker has a special design that the students can color.

I love that kids can be creative and color in patterns, all one shade, or any kind of random colors they choose. The fun shapes and demonstration pictures make these trackers exciting to work on.

How We Used Them

I printed all of the digital downloads (pdf files) and clipped them together like a booklet. We try to complete these daily as a family.

First, we tried all of the trackers to see what each one was like.

Then, I had my 6-year-old pick which tracker she wanted to work on. Her favorite tracker is the muscular endurance challenge.

It only takes a total of 5 minutes to complete and she likes coloring it in. She cannot wait to finish this tracker to see what the design will look like if completed.

As an additional incentive, I said when we complete a 30-day challenge, we will have a special prize. I want to see my family stick to these daily routines and feel a sense of accomplishment when each tracker is finished.

These Healthy Habit Trackers are a great way to keep us motivated and are a great resource to build beneficial routines. These are particularly great for families with kids 6-12 years old, but everyone can use them.

What a great idea to have a prize for completing a challenge! My 9 year old did the Muscular Endurance challenge and my 12 year old did the Household Chores challenge.
