Healthy Protein Fruit Dip

Healthy, Simple, Nutritious, Packed with Protein, and Just a few Ingredients! This easy-to-make fruit dip is an awesome snack!

All you need is yogurt, almond butter, and honey to make this quick and delicious snack.

We made a large batch to use up some yogurt and we ate this with apples for breakfast. 🍎

About the Ingredients:

We used an organic Greek yogurt from the grocery store, but any type of yogurt will work.

Again, we used almond butter and it was delicious, but use whatever type of nut butter you have or even a mix of them.

I really like the health benefits of local raw honey but if you don’t have access to that, don’t fret. Use what you have.

I really like the cinnamon, nutmeg, chia seed blend of seasoning from McCormick. However, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, and/or ginger would all be great seasoning in this recipe.

seasoning

For a large batch simply use:

  • 32oz tub of Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 Cup of Almond Butter
  • 1/4 Cup of Honey
  • Optional: 2 teaspoons of seasoning. (Cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, ginger)

For a standard size fruit dip:

  • 1 and 1/2 Cup Greek Yogurt
  • 1/4 Cup of Almond Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons of Honey
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon of seasoning. (Cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin pie spice, ginger)

I hope you try this and enjoy it as much as we do!
