Peanut Butter Chocolate Grahams

We made these yummy treats for Valentine’s Day and liked them so much we have been making more!

They are easy to make, delicious, and ready within an hour. With the crunchy graham cracker, the rich peanut butter, and the sweet chocolate coating, they hit all my favorite qualities of sweets.

We made these in small rectangles and in squares from half of the graham cracker sheets. The bigger square treats seem to be a little too much of a treat for me. I get a sugar rush easily though. So I prefer the small rectangles. However, the squares are quicker to make.

We keep ours in the freezer because the added coconut oil makes them extra empty and messy. If you don’t like the mess and don’t want to keep it in the freezer, skip the coconut oil. You may want to have extra chocolate on hand to make sure they all get covered.

Chocolate chips: I like to use a bag of Lily’s Stevia sweetened chocolate chips to cut down on sugar. However, any chocolate chips should do!
