Whole Wheat Maple Walnut Biscotti’s

I love biscotti’s they pair so perfectly with a nice cup of coffee with froth. Yes, get a frother it is life changing, well coffee changing anyway. Doesn’t that sound heavenly?

However, we made this batch for our afternoon tea. Talk about a nice break in our hectic day. We really enjoyed bonding while baking and then a calm down period of tea and biscotti’s.

We used a thin silicone bread loaf pan similar to this one here. After baking the bread just pops out. You can use any loaf pan, just make sure to grease it or line it with parchment paper. Same as the baking sheet: Silicone!
