Too Easy Cheesecake
Craving cheesecake but feeling daunted by the complexities of using a springform pan and a hot water bath? Whether you’re like me and love quick and simple recipes, or just prefer a no-fuss approach, this cheesecake recipe is a game-changer! In fact, my 4-year-old daughter made this all by herself, and it turned out beautifully.
This easy cheesecake recipe pairs perfectly with a store-bought pecan pie crust, which you can find at most grocery stores. We also tried a crustless version using a silicone mold, and it was just as delightful.

Easy Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 1 Pie crust unless going crust less
- 2 8 oz Packages of cream cheese
- 1 Cup Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 300°
- Step 2: Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- Step 3: Mix by hand with a beater or with mixer until fully combined.
- Step 4: Pour into pie crust or silicone mold.
- Step 5: Bake for 1 hour or until the cheesecake firms up.
- Step 6: Take out and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Step 7: Add any toppings and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Step 8: Enjoy!
