Step 3: Mix by hand with a beater or with mixer until fully combined.
Step 4: Pour into pie crust or silicone mold.
Step 5: Bake for 1 hour or until the cheesecake firms up.
Step 6: Take out and let cool for 15 minutes.
Step 7: Add any toppings and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Notes
If possible, bring all the ingredients to room temperature before using. This will help blend everything together nicely. There is enough filling to fill 2 pie crusts about 2/3 full, 1 large deep dish pie pan, or 1 9 inch springform pan.
