Bacon Wrapped Venison Stuffed with Blue Cheese
This makes an amazing appetizer! Almost anything wrapped in bacon is delicious but stuffing your steaks with blue cheese takes it over the top. Just three ingredients and you can make these in about 25 minutes!
This is a Broiler pan it works great for draining the grease but you can use a baking dish if you do not have one.
Bacon Wrapped Venison Stuffed with Blue Cheese
Easy venison appetizer that will please a crowd. These are so yummy! My pictures don't do them justice but I just have to share.

Ingredients
- 5 oz Blue cheese
- 1-2 lbs Venison steaks or chops
- 1 lb Bacon
Instructions
- Step 1: Slice the venison lengthwise but not all the way through. You want to create a pocket
- Step 2: Fill your venison steaks with blue cheese
- Step 3: Wrap the stuffed steaks with bacon.
- Step 4: Place the bacon wrapped steaks on a broiling pan and broil in the oven at 500° for 10 minutes
- Step 5: Take your pan out of the oven, they should be starting to look nice and crispy. with a fork or spatula carefully flip the steaks and broil at 500° for an additional 10 minutes.
- Step 6: Take them out of the oven and serve!
