I am so excited to tell you about our families experience with the 12 Month Family Membership from CTCMath!

First of all, this is my daughters favorite math curriculum. She isn’t a fan of math and no amount of enthusiasm from me seems to change her attitude towards it. Needless to say, we often struggle with new math concepts, but that’s not the case with CTCMath!

The math lesson videos are short and concise. They show how to solve the math problems in a clear and attention grabbing way. It’s like having a having a really good math teacher or tutor sitting down with your child and explaining the new concepts in a way that they actually get it!

After the video lessons, there are practice questions to check your child’s understanding. When they complete it with 100% they get a confetti screen. My daughter loves a confetti screen! If your child still isn’t understanding it or needs a little more practice, the lessons can be taken as many times as needed.

From a parents perspective, CTCMath is user friendly and very customizable. There are so many tools and options for teaching in this program. Teachers or parents can create or select tasks for their students. We can assign due dates, the amount of questions, tests and more.

Additionally, teachers can toggle between student and teacher view as needed. This is helpful for me to see what it looks like and then I can easily switch over to my daughters login so that she can complete the assigned task.

Finally we get a full progress report! I can log in and see what tasks were completed and the scores achieved at anytime. I also get a weekly report sent to my email that details all of my students work for the week.

CTCMath is a great math curriculum for all ages! I almost forgot to mention, they offer a discount of 1/2 off of CTCMath for homeschooling families! Isn’t that awesome?!
