Too Easy Cheesecake

Craving cheesecake but feeling daunted by the complexities of using a springform pan and a hot water bath? Whether you’re like me and love quick and simple recipes, or just prefer a no-fuss approach, this cheesecake recipe is a game-changer! In fact, my 4-year-old daughter made this all by herself, and it turned out beautifully.

This easy cheesecake recipe pairs perfectly with a store-bought pecan pie crust, which you can find at most grocery stores. We also tried a crustless version using a silicone mold, and it was just as delightful.

Toppings and Customization

Top your cheesecake with your favorite fruits, jams, chocolate shavings, or any creative topping you can think of—or simply enjoy it plain!

Notes

If possible, bring all the ingredients to room temperature before using. This will help blend everything together nicely.
There is enough filling to fill 2 pie crusts about 2/3 full, 1 large deep dish pie pan, or 1 9 inch springform pan.
