Healthy Cinnamon Mini Rolls

Want a nice warm sweet roll but you don’t need lots of sugar and oil in your diet? These gems mini rolls will hit the spot!
Try finding a quick and easy recipe like this. Most rolls take over an hour to make, but since these don’t have yeast you can eat your fresh rolls in no time!
These are made with Greek yogurt, whole wheat flour, and coconut sugar for the sweet cinnamon swirl.

Healthy Cinnamon Rolls
These wholesome Rolls will satisfy your sweetooth but only have 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar for the whole batch. Easy to whip up and great for a good morning family breakfast.

- Cookie Sheet
- Oven
- mixing bowl
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 TBS Coconut Sugar
- 2 TBS Cinnamon
Optional
- Walnuts to sprinkle on top or add to the cinnamon swirl
- Pecans to sprink on top or add to the cinnamon swirl
- Honey or maple syrup to glaze the top
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°
- Mix the Flour, Baking Soda, and Salt together
- Add in the Greek yogurt and mix
- Knead the dough for about 1 min
- Roll the dough out to kabout 1/4 inch thick
- Sprinkle Cinnamon and Coconut Sugar on the dough
- Roll it up
- cut into about 12 pieces ( I made 11 )
- Place on greased baking sheet or silicone sheet
- Sprinkle optional nuts
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown
- Let cool and drizzle on optional honey or maple syrup.
