Homemade Hand Cream
During the winter months, my hands get really dry and crack. Lotion just doesn’t seem to do the trick.
This hand cream recipe is perfect for severely cracked hands and feet.

Ingredients:
1 cup Almond or Olive Oil
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
1/2 cup of Beeswax (pellets or a shaved bar)
A few drops of your favorite Essential oils.
First, melt the oils and beeswax in a double broiler or a glass bowl that’s resting in a pan with simmering water.
Then, pour your oil into a mixing bowl and let it cool for a few minutes.
Next, add essential oils and beat your cream as it starts to solidify.
Finally, fill your jars and label them.
Other Ingredients you may want to try: aloe and Shea butter can be added if you have some in hand. Also, a few drops of vitamin E can be added with the essential oils.
Makes a great gift!
This is a greasy hand cream but works great on damaged skin. I like to put it on right before bed.
Enjoy!
