Healthy Pumpkin Pie Paleo
Another super simple recipe, this Healthy pumpkin pie is for all the people who want to have their pie and eat it too. Its naturally sweetened and low carb. I love pies but I don’t want to feel guilty for eating some. Try it with a crust that is friendly to your diet or if your feeling crazy even a crust-less pie.

Healthy Pumpkin Pie
I love pumpkin pie, but its so much better when its good for you. Who doesn't want to eat pie and not feel guilty about it?

Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 Cup Milk coconut, almond, soy, goat, or cow
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Add all ingredients into your mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
- Pour into your prepared pie crust
- Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
Notes
My homemade pumpkin puree already has ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. If yours is just pumpkin add some seasoning to spice it up!
