Healthy Pumpkin Pie
I love pumpkin pie, but its so much better when its good for you. Who doesn't want to eat pie and not feel guilty about it?

- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
- 1/2 Cup Milk coconut, almond, soy, goat, or cow
Preheat oven to 375°
Add all ingredients into your mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
Pour into your prepared pie crust
Bake in oven for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean from the middle.
My homemade pumpkin puree already has ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. If yours is just pumpkin add some seasoning to spice it up!
