Venison Sausage Patties
These tasty patties are made with apples and spice and everything nice 🙂 lol yeah I just had to say that. They are lightly sweetened with maple syrup so they will be a perfect addition to breakfast!
Venison Sausage Patties
Made with Apple and Maple Syrup for sweet and savory flavors!
Equipment
- broiler pan
Ingredients
- 1 lb Venison Burger
- 1 lb Pork Sausage
- 1 apple Cored and chopped into small bits.
- 1 tsp Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Caraway Seeds
- 3 Tbsp Maple Syrup
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Venison and Pork.
- Add all remaining ingredients and mix it together until well Incorporated.
- Form into patties and place on a broiling pan.
- Broil in oven at 500° for 10 minutes.
- Flip patties and broil for an additional 10 minutes or until golden brown and cooked all the way through.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Ovens cook differently, please keep an eye on your patties to make sure they are not burning. I used a toaster oven and they are close to the burners but middle rack in the oven should work well.
