Milk Monster Cookies
Help boost your milk supply with these healthier lactation cookies!
- 1 Cup Flour (of your choice, I used whole wheat)
- 2 Cups Oatmeal
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 Tbsp Flaxseed meal
- 2 Tbsp Brewers Yeast
- 1 Egg
- 1 Cup Peanut Butter
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Cup Applesauce
- 1 tsp Vanilla
Extras
- 1/3 Cup Chocolate chips
- 1/3 Cup Nuts any kind
- 1/3 Cup Coconut flakes
- 1/3 Cup Raisins or dries fruit
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°
Step 2: Add all main ingredients to a mixing bowl and mix until well combined.
Step 3: Add all your favorite toppings about 1/3 cup of each works well and mix into your dough.
Step 4: Bake for 15 minutes
Step 5: Let cool and eat!
