Green Smoothie

Simple Smoothie to nourish your body.

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Spinach
  • 1 Banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 Cup Mango and or Pineapple Frozen and peeled
  • 1 Cup Yogurt Greek for more protein
  • 1 Cup Milk or Juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed and enjoy!

Notes

Chia seeds, Flax seeds, berries, or any other fruit can be added for more flavors and nutrition.
