MAC N Cheese meal

One pot, Macaroni and Cheese

This is literally just macaroni and cheese but you can't serve just that for a complete meal. So add some protein and fiber with veggies and beans.
Course lunch

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box macaroni and cheese make according to directions on box
  • 2 Cups Vegetables (pea's, carrots, corn, salad greens, broccoli, or a mix) frozen or fresh
  • 1 can beans garbanzo, lentil or black beans

Optional

  • 8 oz Cut up pieces of meat bacon, chicken, steak, fish
  • Extra cheese

Instructions
 

  • Make your mac and cheese according to the package
  • While still piping hot, through in your veggies and mix until cooked (depending on the size you may still need to heat the pan on low)
  • Add your beans and/or meat.
  • Sprinkle extra cheese on top and serve!
