Healthy Cinnamon Raisin Wheat Bread

Can't get any better than this.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup room temperature Milk or milk alternative We used almond milk.
  • 2 TBSP Coconut Sugar, maple syrup, or honey
  • 1 Pack Instant Rise Yeast 2 1/4 tsp
  • 1/4 Cup Olive oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Raisins

Swirl

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Sugar Raw or Brown sugar will work
  • 2 TSP Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Cup Softened Butter

Instructions
 

  • Activate the Yeast by adding room temperature milk, 2 TBS Coconut Sugar and the entire yeast packet to your mixing bowl. Wait about 10-15 minutes until it bubbles.
  • Add the remaining ingredients (not the swirl) and mix to combine.
  • Knead the dough by hand or with a mixer using a dough hook on a low setting for 10 minutes.
  • Combine all of the swirl ingredients in a separate bowl.
  • Form a ball, cover and let it rise in the bowl for an hour.
  • Using a silicone mat or floured surface, flatten the dough about 9 inches wide ( size of the bread pan)
  • Spread the Swirl mixture gently on the dough and roll it up.
  • Add your rolled up bread dough to a greased bread pan. Cover and let it rise again for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, Preheat the oven to 375°.
  • When your dough has risen, uncover and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let your bread cool and serve. Hmmm Isn't it great?
