Activate the Yeast by adding room temperature milk, 2 TBS Coconut Sugar and the entire yeast packet to your mixing bowl. Wait about 10-15 minutes until it bubbles.
Add the remaining ingredients (not the swirl) and mix to combine.
Knead the dough by hand or with a mixer using a dough hook on a low setting for 10 minutes.
Combine all of the swirl ingredients in a separate bowl.
Form a ball, cover and let it rise in the bowl for an hour.
Using a silicone mat or floured surface, flatten the dough about 9 inches wide ( size of the bread pan)
Spread the Swirl mixture gently on the dough and roll it up.
Add your rolled up bread dough to a greased bread pan. Cover and let it rise again for at least 30 minutes. Meanwhile, Preheat the oven to 375°.
When your dough has risen, uncover and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Let your bread cool and serve. Hmmm Isn't it great?
