Add in remaining dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Grease your Baking Sheet, and spoon in mixture.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
If you do not have a cookie sheet, this recipe may be too sticky o roll out. I would suggest placing the mixture in the refrigerator to stiffen up and then roll out in-between two pieces of parchment paper, then use your cookie cutters to cut out your shapes.I like Gingerbread men to be slightly hard and thick, but if you like your cookies soft and fluffy, add 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1 more egg to the dry ingredients.
