Peanut Butter Chocolate Grahams
An easy and yummy freezer treat for any day.
- 10 oz Chocolate chips
- 2 - 4 Tablespoons Coconut oil (Optional)
- 1/2 C Peanut Butter
- 9 pieces Graham Crackers 1 sleeve
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil on medium heat, in a double boiler, or in a glass bowl resting on top of a pan with a couple of cups of water.
Break your graham crackers to the desired size,
Dip, dunk, or flip your crackers into the melted chocolate, and set on a silicone baking sheet or parchment paper.
Freeze for about 10 minutes.
Remove from freezer and spread peanut butter on the chocolate-covered crackers.
Top with remaining melted chocolate and freeze for 10 minutes.
