Banana-Pumpkin Breakfast Bars

- 4 Banana's
- 2 Cups Pumpkin Puree
- 4 Cups Oatmeal
- 1/4-1/2 Cup Maple Syrup or Honey How sweet do you want it?
Optional
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Ginger
- 1 tsp All Spice
- 1/2 Cup Nuts pecans or walnuts
- 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Flakes
- 1/2 Cup Raisins
Preheat oven to 375°
In a large mixing bowl, combine and thoroughly mix all ingredients together.
Grease a large casserole dish or cake pan.
Pour ingredients into the pan and bake for about 20-30 minutes or until the bars are firm.
Let cool for 10 minutes and Enjoy!
