Whole Wheat Maple Walnut Biscotti's
These are Healthier, quick to make, and will be ready in less than an hour. Perfect for a snack, coffe, or tea!

Softened Butter

Maple Syrup

Vanilla

Cinnamon

Walnuts
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2: Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Step 3: Ball up the dough with your hands and place it in a loaf pan. Form into a rounded log.
Step 4: Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
Step 5: Take your dough out the pan and slice into pieces around 1/2 inch thick.
Step 6: Place on a baking sheet, and bake for and additional 15 minutes or until the cookies are firm.
Step 7: Let cool and Enjoy!
Notes
This recipe is for small Biscotti's, if you would like bigger cookies use a large loaf pan and you may want to double the recipe.
