Coconut Flour Pancakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Milk of choice
  • 3 Eggs
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
  • Heat butter or oil (I used coconut oil) in frying pan or skillet on medium.
  • Drop about 1/4 cup of batter into pan and cook until it starts to bubble and firm up on the sides.
  • Add berries, raisins or chocolate chips if desired, flip and cook until golden brown.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings.
