Coconut Flour
1/4
Cup
Milk
of choice

Eggs
½
tsp
Cinnamon
½
tsp
Vanilla
Instructions
Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix until combined.
Heat butter or oil (I used coconut oil) in frying pan or skillet on medium.
Drop about 1/4 cup of batter into pan and cook until it starts to bubble and firm up on the sides.
Add berries, raisins or chocolate chips if desired, flip and cook until golden brown.
Serve with your favorite toppings.
