Energy Pumpkins (no pumpkin in it)

Halloween healthy snacks

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 Cup Honey
  • 1 Cup Peanut butter
  • 1 Cup Oatmeal
  • 1/3 Cup Walnuts
  • 1 TBSP Chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/3 Cup Pecans
  • 1/3 Cup Chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients together (except for the pecans and chocolate chips) and mix by spoon or if you are ok with getting messy use your clean hands :)
  • Form your pumpkin balls and put them on parchment paper, wax paper, or silicone sheet
  • Decorate your pumpkins anyway you like. Be creative and have fun!

Notes

You could also use green onion for a stem but I don't think it tastes as good as pecans.
