Step 1: Mix or whisk eggs in a bowl.
Step 2: In a separate bowl add 1 cup of your preferred flour.
Step 3: Then, crunch up crackers and place them in an additional bowl .
Step 4: Next, warm up your frying pan, with olive oil, on a medium setting.
Step 5: As the pan warms up, place about a dozen venison chunks in the flour bowl and coat your meat.
Step 6: Then, transfer your pieces to the egg bowl and coat them
Step 7: Again, transfer your meat to the cracker crumbs and coat the meat.
Step 8: Finally, fry your nuggets for about 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove with a slotted spoon or fork and add salt and pepper. Try not to eat them all, sharing is caring :)
