Whole Wheat and Greek yogurt Pizza Crust Dough
This isn't paleo, Keto, or gluten free but its kid friendly and quite enjoyable!

- 2 cups Whole Wheat flour
- 1 Cup Greek Yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning Basil, Parsely
First, add all ingredients together and mix it
Next, check to see if your dough holds together. If its really soft add a little more flour, and if its too tough and crumbly add a little water.
Than, form a ball and roll it out on a floured surface to about 1/4 inch or desired thickness. * I didn't want to make a mess, so we put the dough between a silicone baking mat and parchment paper.
Finally the fun apart, put crust on a greased pizza pan or baking sheet and add all desired toppings. See notes for what we used.
Now bake it at 400Ā° for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and starting to get golden.
Its not super stretchy like other pizza crusts but it will cook nicely.
What we used on top of our pizza crust (not what most children would want on theirs) :
- Spread on a garlic pasta sauce
- Sprinkled shredded cheddar cheese
- Added chopped kale and green onions
- Topped it off with anchoviesĀ
