My daughter loves the math lessons in CTCMath’s full math curriculum and I love that she has access to all categories and levels with the 12-month Family membership.
CTCMath is an online full math curriculum for K-12th grade. Here you can find video tutorial lessons and interactive worksheets that students can use at their pace. Parents can utilize tools to assign lessons and view detailed reports.
The video tutorial lessons are wonderful! They are explained simply and effectively. The lessons were clear and easy to follow but short enough to keep an interest.
After the lesson, the students have a set of questions that correlate with what they had learned. I love the way the questions were asked and the fill in the blank style. Answers can immediately be checked to see if they were answered correctly. I could easily see my how well my daughter understood the topic by reviewing her results.
As seen in the picture above, I receive a weekly report of my child’s progress. I can also access this information on the CTCMath website. In the parent view, I have access to setting tasks, finding lessons, getting reports, and the ability to use a direct link to the lesson I want my child to complete. (I love this!). Another feature I enjoyed using was the option to toggle between the parent and student view.
Math is my daughters least favorite subject, however, these lessons offered her a way to watch and re-watch the tutorials as needed. She was able to work through the problems until she understood them and at her own pace. This program is a great resource for learning math! If you are looking for a math curriculum or want additional help, this may be what you are looking for.
