Best Dinner Rolls / Burger Buns

- 2 Tbsp. Yeast 2 0.25 oz. Packets
- 1 Cup Water
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Large Egg
- 3 Cups Flour
- 1 Egg yoke
In a mixing bowl, add yeast, water honey and oil.
Gently stir, then let it rest for about 5 minutes. It should get bubbly and foamy.
Add 1 egg and flour. Mix and Knead the dough for about 3 minutes. It should be sticky but not to the point where its hard to handle. If its too sticky, Just add a little more flour up to a 1/2 cup.
Divide the dough into balls about 1-2" in diameter an place on a Silicone or greased baking sheet.
In a separate dish, beat 1 egg yoke and then brush it on top of the rolls.
Preheat oven to 425°
Cover the rolls with a towel and let it rest for about 10 minutes.
Add sesame seeds or poppy seeds if desired. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
